I see that most of the "Reviews" appear to be happy. My experience was far from pleasurable. Lucky for them they didn't incur several thousand dollars in damage and got their carpet installed in a day or two. My carpet color was change no less than six times. I had waited so long for installation that when I was told my last pick of carpet could not be done I had to have them pick the color because we were at the 2 month mark of not having it installed. That's not 2 days like the other reviews. We are talking more than 2 full months. That's just the carpet. That's not the wood floors which they never completed or gave me the money to complete the job. I paid the around $6800 and the damage alone to my tile that was broken, walls that were painted and had to be repainted and glue all over door knobs, stair railings and front door took over $2000 to repair and get up to par again. Many promises were made but the major ones were never kept. Patrick Kovac is a very smooth talker, but I guess I got on his bad side since the service he provided to me was less than pleasurable. He promised to refund me money , but I never received it. He claims to do 20-30 renovations on properties that he personally buys every single month so maybe his personal projects were more important than the guy who paid him a little under $7000. If you had a good experience consider yourself VERY luck. He uses contractors that ask me for MY tools because they don't have the proper tools to do the job. I tried to negotiate a settlement with him to basically cover some of my expenses and the amount he said he would refund and he told me my figures were unrealistic. What's sad is I have all his emails, phone calls recorded and tons of pictures and receipts which will all be made public very soon. When the general public sees how he cost me $10,000 plus dollars in a property just sitting vacant because he couldn't do his job I think people will realize that the damage incurred and the lack of character he possesses in completing a project will give people a different perspective.
