My daughter, with history of pulmonary embolism, needed to go on Warfarin after surgery. Surgeon contacted clinic and thought arrangements had been made for medication. I and her caretakers tried to call clinic to emphasize importance of treatment with no reply. All a patient can do is leave a message with the hope someone will answer. Two days later, no Warfarin, finally able to talk to someone at clinic. Still had to push to get an immediate appointment with doctor, I guess to verify what the surgeon had already told the doctor! The hospital might be good, but the family clinic needs a lot of improvement.

They saved my mother's life. Wonderful people, great care, thank you so much.

My experience here was not great. The facility is run down, the staff is not the brightest or most responsive, and things do not seem to happen efficiently. My nurses were all complaining about the computer system and blaming it for everything. My impression is that they just weren't very bright or efficient. The physical therapists were great, however. Overall, I could not recommend this hospital.

Saint Anthony North is not the newest hospital around but it seems to be very efficient. The Emergency Room staff was friendly and moved us through the check-in and into a room quickly. The doctor we saw was great at communication with my young son. He explained things to him and tried to make him comfortable with everything. They explained the after-care information completely and made sure we did not have any questions. We were out of the ER much quicker than I had imagined we could be.

We have had a couple of occasions to use this facility for x-rays as well. This has always been a positive experience. There is plenty of waiting room. The staff explains things well and gets patients taken care of quickly. The only draw back is that it can take awhile to get checking in through the centralized appointment check in desk.

PROS: Friendly, Competant, Good ER
CONS:
